Yoga Classes

Karen offers a range of yoga classes in the heart of Armagh city. Participation in classes can be in person at the beautiful venue, The Abbey, or you can join the classes online and practise in the comfort of your home.

All classes must be booked by contacting Karen.

Yoga, mindfulness & breath work can alleviate stress & anxiety, improve mobility & balance and anchor us during challenging times.

Yoga helps us to remain CONNECTED, COMPASSIONATE & CALM.

Karen provides yoga classes in the Armagh area and across Northern Ireland for stress management for the employees of companies, organisations and public bodies as part of their well-being programme.

A face to face or online class package can be made available to any organisation to support
employees. Karen has worked with many organisations including Southern Health & Social Care Trust, Ulster GAA, schools & charities.
