Karen Wasson

Karen qualified as a yoga teacher in 2009 with the Yoga Fellowship of Northern Ireland (recognised by Sport NI as the lead body for yoga in Northern Ireland). Karen also qualified as an Aerial Yoga instructor with Aerial Yoga London in 2018 and recently completed an Aerial Yoga: Back Care course in December 2020.

Karen has also completed a meditation course and workshops in chair yoga.

Karen qualified as a reflexologist in 2017 with distinction at the Sheila Nugent School of Reflexology and completed the advanced reflexology course in 2018 (Level 4). She is qualified in pregnancy reflexology, spinal reflexology & advanced facial reflexology. Karen is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.

Karen is devoted to respecting and guiding you through your journey of self-care and recovery and adapting each treatment to suit the individual using a range of different techniques.
